Sweet, delivers on all expectations. Starting with Organic Valley Cream moving to Judy's Organic Egg and ending with Singing Dog Organic Vanilla the ingredients read like a well-written menu.

"Preparation is everything..." I've been told this is true. After selecting the best organic ingredients it required that they be prepared with care. Looking for that perfect texture was my next goal. SF Weekly explains it: "at a cool room temperature, his vanilla custard has the weight and smoothness of softened butter." describes it best!

Owner Robert Waddell started out peeling potatoes and after attending the Culinary Institute of America he went to work for Wolfgang Puck Catering. It was there that he learned that the quality of the ingredients is what makes a simple food extraordinary. Taking the same initiative to use only the highest quality ingredients he began developing his own recipes, and eventually his line of creme brulees.
