Owner Robert Waddell started out peeling potatoes and after attending the Culinary Institute of America he went to work for Wolfgang Puck Catering. It was there that he learned that the quality of the ingredients is what makes a simple food extraordinary. Taking the same initiative to use only the highest quality ingredients he began developing his own recipes, and eventually his line of creme brulees.Starting with great ingredients is the only way to expect great results.
